Events volunteer - London

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us run various events throughout the year, starting with the Stonewall Equality Dinner. This is Stonewall’s flagship fundraising event.The evening is filled with entertainment and engaging speeches. On the night there is an exclusive live auction, a silent auction and a luxury raffle as our main ways to fundraise. We are looking for confident, enthusiastic people, to assist with all aspects of the event on the night, with a focus on selling raffle tickets and promoting the silent auction. Empowerment Events volunteer - London

This role will focus on supporting Stonewall's London Workplace Conference, which is the largest conference on LGBT inclusion in the workplace in Europe and will take place on Friday 27 April 2018. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in events management to experience first-hand the realities of preparng and delivering large scale events. Conference volunteer - London

This role will focus on supporting Stonewall’s London Workplace Conference, which is the largest conference on LGBT inclusion in the workplace in Europe and will take place on Friday 27 April 2018. Not only will volunteers be greatly supporting us by ensuring that our attendees have a fantastic time at our conference, but they will be given the opportunity to attend workshop sessions, learn about Stonewall’s wider work and LGBT inclusion in the workplace. Social media volunteer - Edinburgh

Our communications and social media work shows Stonewall at its best and builds and protects the organisation's reputation. We provide a platform for the diverse voices in the LGBT community to be heard. We inform and empower these voices. We are looking for a Social Media Volunteer, who will support and build on this work by helping us to remain informed about current issues, and to communicate effectively through our social media channels. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their communications and social media skills, and to gain experience of working in a busy third sector organisation.

Empowerment Programmes volunteer - Edinburgh

Stonewall Scotland’s Empowerment Team aims to empower individuals to make a difference for LGBT people at work, at home and in their communities. This role will support across Stonewall Scotland's Empowerment Programmes, including our Leadership programmes (such as the LGBT Role Models and Allies), our conferences and Education Programmes (including Train the Trainer and School Role Models). These personal and professional development programmes enable LGBT individuals and allies to step up as leaders within their organisations, schools and communities to help create an environment where all LGBT people are accepted, without exception.
